Our products and inventory are limited.  The CigArt Box Purses are unique and one-of-a-kind.  Our leggings will be replenished as they sell and the unique designs may be discontinued at any time without prior notice to the consumer.  New designs will be launched and rolled out as often as the artist and creator deems fit, with or without prior notice.  Custom-made and pre-orders are welcome.  Contact Havana Ana’s for details.

We may limit the quantity of your purchase, per household; per person, and can reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and as we deem fit, by our sole discretion and in a case-by-case scenario.  If we cancel or change an order at any time, we will notify you via email and/or telephone.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders from dealers, distributors, resellers and/or wholesalers.  These restrictions can include orders placed under the same customer account, same credit card or same billing and/or shipping address. 

The CigArt Box Purses cannot be returned for a full refund, but we accept returns for repairs, should something break within a period of thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  Leggings can be returned for a full refund, if not worn nor washed, and with its original tag(s) attached in exactly the same place it was attached initially, and/or exchanged for another size or design if available.  For more information, please refer to the Return Policy.

The CigArt Box Purses, you are buying are created and designed by an Artist, so you’re buying more than just an object. You’re buying hours of errors and experimentation. You’re buying years of frustration and moments of pure joy.  You’re not buying just one thing; you’re buying a piece of a heart, a piece of a soul and a small piece of someone else’s life.

The leggings on the website are “Samples” only and may differ from the products displayed on the website.  Slight differences may include:  Stitching type and color of stitch, as well as, how the color of the items are displayed on your cellular devices, computers, iPads, laptops and/or monitors. 

We have made it our mission to display and present the products as accurately as possible, when it comes to the colors, fit and style.  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSBILITY FOR COLORS THAT MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT ON YOUR CELLULAR DEVICES, COMPUTERS, IPADS, LAPTOPS OR MONITORS, AS IT MAY NOT BE EXACTLY AS DISPLAYED.
